  1. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, I ship to all countries as I am able. However, USPS is currently unable to ship to certain countries because of COVID-19.
    Please see this list for countries I am currently unable to ship to.

  2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    I ship via USPS and orders go out every Monday.
    Depending on where you live, delivery typically takes:
    US and Canada: 1-2 weeks
    Everywhere else: 2-8 weeks

  3. Will I receive a tracking number with my order?
    Yes, all orders include a USPS tracking number unless otherwise stated in the product listing. **Orders containing of only stickers will be shipped without a tracking number**

    Please note that USPS may not always update their tracking information, especially for international deliveries, and I only have access to the same tracking information as the customer does.

  4. What is your shop's return policy?
    All sales are final. If you made a mistake in your order, please contact me immediately to cancel or change your order. Once items are shipped, I cannot refund or cancel your order.

  5. Can you combine my separate orders into one package?
    Sure thing! If your products haven't shipped yet, email me with your order numbers and I'll combine your items and refund the shipping difference. However, I will not be able to combine orders after you receive your shipping notification.

    Orders are only combined upon request. Separately placed orders will be shipped as placed unless otherwise requested.

  6. I received the wrong item.
    My apologies! I am the only person running this shop, so unfortunately sometimes mistakes might happen. In the case of a mistaken item, please contact me with photos of the wrong item and your order number and I'll try my best to remedy the situation.

  7. The item(s) arrived damaged.
    My apologies! All items are quality checked before shipping, and I try my best to pack my products to prevent damage so unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for any items damaged in transit. 

  8. It's been over 30 days and I still haven't received my items.
    My apologies! Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for any shipping and customs delays that may occur. Because of COVID-19, shipping may take longer than normal.
